Pan Seared Scallops in butter and garlic





1. Wash off and pat dry all the scallops

2. Use a heavy iron skillet, turn heat to Hi.

3. Melt 4 tbsps of butter

4. add 1 heaping tbspn of minced garlic

5. When hot carefully place scallops, brown, and turn.

6. keep turning till browned and done

7. squeeze fresh lemon juice on them, and salt to taste

8. eat

Oh my oh my oh my I have always loved scallops but have never had the nerve to cook them myself. Your images are so utterly appetizing that I cannot resist giving this a try now.

But tonight, my dreams will have scallops dancing through them as they sizzle in butter, garlic and lemon.
