In a blender:
6oz. of dark Rum
16oz. bag of frozen cherries (frozen)
1/2 cup of frozen lime juice concentrate
2 cups of chilled seltzer
1 cup of crushed ice
2 tbspns of sugar
Blend till smooth
taste and adjust with either more crushed ice, or seltzer.
Put the blender pitcher in the freezer for 45 min. - 1hr.
Scoop or pour into glass and garnish with a bing cherry,
