Blueberries for Sal

Breakfast for one



Pouffy egg with shrimp


1 egg
1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese
3-4 shrimp peeled and chopped


beat everything together and scramble up in a pan.
voila!

It's what I have almost everyday (minus the shrimp). Th cottage cheese increases the fluff and volume of just one egg.
