Blueberries for Sal

Pan Seared Scallops in butter and garlic

1. Wash off and pat dry all the scallops

2. Use a heavy iron skillet, turn heat to Hi.

3. Melt 4 tbsps of butter

4. add 1 heaping tbspn of minced garlic

5. When hot carefully place scallops, brown, and turn.

6. keep turning till browned and done

7. squeeze fresh lemon juice on them, and salt to taste

8. eat
