Welcome to my food blog

I like to bake from scratch and have been doing so for over 30 yrs. I like to cook special meals (as opposed to the everyday drudgery of having to make dinner!) My mother taught me everything I know, and I've been improving on that from experience and favorite cookbooks.

I'll be sharing pictures of my creations, as well as recipes, how-to's and my thoughts on food. So stick around, and enjoy.
